Home Theater projectors are serviced at our Authorized Service Center (Use this link to register and send your Home Theater Projector in for repair). For Consumer product service, please refer to the Service Center Locator for an Authorized Service Center, or contact your selling dealer as consumer products will not be accepted at our Factory Service Center. If you are sending your professional product to the Factory Service Center, please pack your unit carefully and forward the unit together with proof of purchase and this Repair Request form.
